When will I be billed?

On the day you sign up, then every 30 days after. We send a receipt by email each cycle.

How does the 3-month minimum work?

You agree to receive at least 3 boxes before cancellation. After your 3rd box ships, the cancel button unlocks in your account dashboard.

What if my card fails?

We retry automatically over the next few days. If it still fails, your subscription pauses and we email you to update payment.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes — message support and we'll move you to the new tier at the start of your next cycle.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Currently U.S. and Canada only. International shipping is coming soon.
