30-Day Easy Returns
We're confident you'll love our permanent jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund, no questions asked. We want you to feel good about your order.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ccssupplyinfo@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you on a replacement or other resolution. Damage caused by the shipping carrier will be handled as a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
How to Return
To start a return within 30 days of delivery:
- Email us at ccssupplyinfo@gmail.com with your order number
- Include a brief reason for the return (optional)
- We'll provide return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back to us in original condition
- Once received and inspected, we process your refund
Return Shipping
For returns within the 30-day window, we cover return shipping at no cost to you. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card to process the credit (typically 3–5 business days).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is defective, we'll replace it or issue a full refund immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number at ccssupplyinfo@gmail.com.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, we'll send the correct one immediately at no cost. Please let us know within 3 days of delivery.
